Welcome to HACK KAP. By accessing our platform or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptable Use & Rules of Engagement

HACK KAP provides isolated virtual environments for educational and authorized testing purposes only. You agree to the following strictly enforced rules:

  You may only target and attack the specific virtual machines designated within your active lab session.

• ⚠️

  You are strictly prohibited from attacking, scanning, or disrupting the main HACK KAP web application, database, VPN gateways, or any infrastructure not explicitly marked as a "Target Box."

• ⚠️

  You may not interfere with the experience of other users on the platform.

Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Intellectual Property

All platform code, virtual machine designs, write-ups, and branding belong exclusively to HACK KAP (Pvt) Ltd. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly post solutions/flags for active, non-retired machines.

3. Limitation of Liability

The hacking techniques taught on this platform are for educational and defensive purposes. HACK KAP (Pvt) Ltd assumes no liability for how users apply this knowledge outside of our authorized virtual environments. You are solely responsible for ensuring your actions comply with local and international cyber laws.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
