Digital Subscriptions (VIP Access)

HACK KAP (Pvt) Ltd provides digital educational services and virtual lab access. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to proprietary environments, all VIP subscription payments are non-refundable once the service has been accessed or utilized.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future recurring billing, but you will retain access to VIP features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Exceptions:

If you experience severe, documented technical downtime caused by our infrastructure that prevents you from accessing the platform for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund by contacting info@hackkap.com.

B2B Consulting & VAPT Services

Refunds for corporate Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) or consulting services are governed strictly by the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or contract signed prior to engagement.
